This project was a 1/24 3D printed RC car. It was designed using Autodesk Fusion. This was a clean-sheet redesign of the 1/24 RC car V1 (see all projects) to address some issues and add features. This model uses a LiPo battery to reduce weight and improve battery life when compared to the previous version's four AA batteries. It also had some improvements, such as a ball differential in place of the previous model's solid axle. The car uses a cheap 9g servo for steering. It uses a brushed 130-size motor and a 10A brushed ESC (electronic speed control) for propulsion. All of this is controlled by a Traxxas RC transmitter and receiver.
